McLean Advisory have been providing commercial and transaction advisory services to SunCentral on the Maroochydore City Centre Project over the last 3 years culminating with securing the landmark agreement with Walker Corporation, the Sunshine Coast Council and SunCentral.

Jacaranda Housing
Social housing strategy
McLean Advisory engaged by Jacaranda Housing to present a business case to Queensland Government as part of the ‘Partnering for Growth’ initiative.
The key objective of the
business case was to devise a five-year strategy to transition the Jacaranda Housing into
a more financially sustainable model.
Oceanus - Bokarina Beach

McLean Advisory arranged circa $55m stretch senior facility for the acquisition and development of Oceanus - Bokarina Beach; a unique beach front medium density residential complex in the Sunshine Coast.
The building is built over eight storeys and consist of 99 luxury residential apartments, plus two pools, a gym, sauna, BBQ area, and beautifully landscaped gardens.
