Management Team
Garry McLean, Managing Director
Garry McLean is a highly respected property and construction leader in Australia. Over the last 25 years, Garry has provided real estate and investment advice to government, major property developers (private and listed), financial institution and investors and not-for-profit organisations on some of the most high-profile real estate projects in Australia.
Garry recently led the Real Estate and Construction division at PPB Advisory and was previously a Partner with Ernst & Young. Garry also led Suncorp’s national property finance division including joint ventures and was also a former Non-Executive Director of Brisbane Housing Company (BHC) which is jointly owned by the Queensland Government and Brisbane City Council.
Garry is currently an Advisor to the Australian Government's National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC) - a key federal initiative on affordable housing, and is also a past Treasure of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland and Committee Member of the Property Council's Sunshine Coast Chapter.
